tato rājann abhūd ghoraḥ saṅgrāmo lomaharṣaṇaḥ | bībhassur dakṣiṇaṃ pārśvam uttaraṃ ca vṛkodaraḥ ||
Then, O King, a dreadful battle arose—one that made the hair stand on end. Bhībhatsu held the right flank, and Vṛkodara the northern flank.
सयजय उवाच
