कि नु वक्ष्यसि राजानं धर्मपुत्रं युधिष्ठिरम् । कि कुर्वाणो मया संख्ये हतो भूरिश्रवा रणे,तुम धर्मपुत्र राजा युधिष्ठिरसे क्या कहोगे? यही न कि “भूरिश्रवा किसी और कार्यमें लगे थे और मैंने उसी दशामें उन्हें युद्धमें मार डाला है”
ki nu vakṣyasi rājānaṃ dharmaputraṃ yudhiṣṭhiram | ki kurvāṇo mayā saṅkhye hato bhūriśravā raṇe ||
Bhūriśravā said: “What will you say to King Yudhiṣṭhira, the son of Dharma? Will you say that Bhūriśravā was slain by me in battle while he was engaged in something else?”
