सहदेव-राधेय-संग्रामः; शल्य-प्रभावः; अलम्बुस-निवर्तनम्

पुनः स बाणैस्त्रिभिरग्निकल्पै- राकर्णपूर्णनिशितै: सपुड्खै: । विव्याध देहावरणं विदार्य ते सात्यकेराविविशु: शरीरम्,तब अलम्बुषने धनुषको कानतक खींचकर अग्निके समान प्रज्वलित, सुन्दर पंखवाले तीन तीखे बाणोंद्वारा पुनः सात्यकिपर प्रहार किया। वे बाण सात्यकिके कवचको विदीर्ण करके उनके शरीरमें घुस गये
punaḥ sa bāṇais tribhir agnikalpaiḥ
ākarṇapūrṇa-niśitaiḥ sapuḍkhaiḥ |
vivyādha dehāvaraṇaṃ vidārya
te sātyaker āviviśuḥ śarīram ||
Sañjaya said: Once again he struck Sātyaki with three arrows, blazing like fire, keen-edged, drawn to the ear in full measure, and furnished with feathers. Tearing through Sātyaki’s body-armor, those shafts pierced and entered his very flesh.
