यथोपदिष्टमाचार्य: कार्य: पजचगुणो रथ: । “इस संग्राममें नाना प्रकारके आयुधोंका उसी प्रकार संग्रह कर लेना चाहिये, जैसा कि आचार्योने उपदेश किया है। रथपर रखी जानेवाली युद्धसामग्री पहलेसे पाँचगुनी कर देनी चाहिये

Transliteration

yathopadiṣṭam ācāryaḥ kāryaḥ pañcaguṇo rathaḥ |

Translation

Sañjaya said: “The chariot should be prepared exactly as the teachers have instructed. In this battle, the various kinds of weapons are to be gathered and arranged accordingly, and the stock of fighting equipment kept upon the chariot should be made fivefold in advance.”
