विनाशमुपयास्यन्ति मच्छरौघनिपीडिता: । 'दूसरोंके बलपर जीनेवाले दुर्योधनने इन सब लोगोंका सदा आदसरपूर्वक भरण-पोषण किया है; परंतु ये मेरे बाणसमूहोंसे पीड़ित होकर आज विनष्ट हो जायँगे
vināśam upayāsyanti maccharaugha-nipīḍitāḥ | dūṣaroke balapara jīnevāle duryodhanane in sab logoṅkā sadā ādara-sapūrvaka bharaṇa-poṣaṇa kiyā hai; parantu ye mere bāṇa-samūhoṅse pīḍita hokara āja vinaṣṭa ho jāyaṅge |
Sañjaya said: “Crushed by the press of my arrows, they will go to ruin. Duryodhana—one who lives by the strength of others—has long maintained all these men with outward honor and support; yet today, tormented by my volleys, they will be destroyed.”
