Sañjaya said: “Thereafter I shall proceed along the very path of Savyasācin (Arjuna). Those who, at Duryodhana’s command, stand resolved to fight me—I will churn them in battle to fulfill your desire, O scion of the Kurus, and then move on toward Arjuna’s track.”

The verse foregrounds the warrior-ethic of resolve: one acts decisively in battle to accomplish an assigned aim, while framing that action as service to a superior’s intention—highlighting loyalty and duty, even amid morally weighty violence.
A combatant declares that after dealing with those who have taken their stand to fight under Duryodhana’s orders, he will press forward on the route associated with Arjuna (Savyasācin), indicating a strategic push through opposition to reach or follow Arjuna’s position.
