Sanjaya said: “Reflect again and again on your brother’s virtues—his gratitude and his compassion.”
संजय उवाच
Even in a violent conflict, one should keep ethical virtues in view—especially gratitude and compassion—recognizing that moral excellence is integral to true heroism and right conduct (dharma).
Sanjaya, narrating events to Dhritarashtra, urges reflection on the brother’s qualities; in context this points to Arjuna’s noble traits, reminding the listener to judge the warrior not only by power but by character.
