नाशबनुतां वारयितुं भीष्मद्रोणी महारथौ । महाराज! उस युद्धस्थलमें आपके पुत्रकी भागती हुई सेनाको महारथी द्रोण और भीष्म भी रोक न सके
sañjaya uvāca |
nāśaknūtāṃ vārayituṃ bhīṣma-droṇī mahārathau |
Sañjaya said: O King, on that battlefield even the two great chariot-warriors—Bhīṣma and Droṇa—were unable to check your sons’ army as it fled.
