Sañjaya said: “Among them one can behold prosperity of many kinds—both divine and human. It cannot be fully counted. Yet a person who seeks true welfare should place faith in that prosperity (and in the higher order that grants it).”

The verse highlights that prosperity and success arise in manifold forms through both divine factors and human means, and that their full measure is beyond calculation; therefore, one who seeks genuine welfare should cultivate śraddhā—trust in the moral-cosmic order and in the possibility of auspicious outcomes aligned with dharma.
Sañjaya, narrating events to Dhṛtarāṣṭra, comments on the remarkable, varied prosperity or powers seen among the concerned parties; he emphasizes that these manifestations are too numerous to enumerate and urges a stance of trust for those aiming at well-being.
