Kurukṣetra-sainyadarśana and Arjuna-viṣāda (धर्मक्षेत्रे समवेता युयुत्सवः — अर्जुनविषाद)
यत्र धर्मो द्युति: कान्तिर्यत्र ही: श्रीस्तथा मति: । यतो धर्मस्तत: कृष्णो यत: कृष्णस्ततो जय:
sañjaya uvāca | yatra dharmo dyutiḥ kāntir yatra hrīḥ śrīs tathā matiḥ | yato dharmas tataḥ kṛṣṇo yataḥ kṛṣṇas tato jayaḥ ||
Sañjaya said: Where righteousness prevails—where there are radiance and true splendor, where modesty, prosperity, and sound judgment abide—there indeed is Kṛṣṇa. And where Kṛṣṇa is, there surely is victory.
