इस प्रकार श्रीमह्म भारत भीष्मपर्वके अन्तर्गत भीष्मवधपर्वमें भीष्मको तकिया देनेसे सम्बन्ध रखनेवाला एक सौ बीसवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ
Iti prakāraḥ śrīmahābhārate Bhīṣmaparvake antargataṃ Bhīṣmavadhaparvaṇi Bhīṣmaṃ takiyā denena sambandhaṃ rakhanevālā ekaśataviṃśatitamo 'dhyāyaḥ pūrṇaḥ abhavat.
Sanjaya concludes: Thus, in the revered Mahabharata, within the Bhishma Parva, the one-hundred-and-twentieth chapter—connected with the episode of providing a pillow to Bhishma in the section concerning Bhishma’s fall—comes to an end.
