divyāny astrāṇi saṃcintya prasaṃdhāya dhanaṃjayaḥ | sa tair astrair mahāvegair dadāha sumahābalaḥ ||
Sañjaya said: Having mentally summoned the celestial weapons and then fitting them to his bow, Dhanañjaya (Arjuna)—a warrior of immense might—burned down his foes with those missiles of tremendous force.

The verse highlights that immense, even divine, power must be exercised with disciplined intention; in war, such power brings swift destruction, so its use carries heavy moral responsibility within the framework of dharma.
Sañjaya narrates that Arjuna (Dhanañjaya) mentally invokes celestial weapon-mantras, sets them upon his bow, and with those high-velocity missiles burns/scorches the opposing forces.
