नेदं शक्‍यं वृथा कर्तु मम सत्र॑ कथंचन

nedaṁ śakyaṁ vṛthā kartuṁ mama satraṁ kathaṁcana

Vaiśampāyana said: “This sacrificial session of mine cannot, in any way, be rendered futile or allowed to come to nothing.”
