पाण्डव-वृष्णि-समागमः तथा अश्वमेध-अनुज्ञा | Reunion at the Kuru Court and Authorization of the Aśvamedha

अघोषयंस्तदा चापि पुरुषा राजधूर्गता: । सर्वराष्ट्रविहारोउद्य रत्नाभरणलक्षण:,राज-काज सँभालनेवाले पुरुषोंने सब ओर यह घोषणा करा दी कि आज समूचे राष्ट्रमें उत्सव मनाया जाय और सब लोग रत्नोंके आभूषण या उत्तमोत्तम गहने-कपड़े पहनकर इस उत्सवमें सम्मिलित हों
Translation
Then the men charged with the king’s affairs caused a proclamation to be made in every quarter: “Let the whole realm keep festival today; and let all people join this celebration adorned with jewel-ornaments and clad in their finest garments.”
