Vaiśampāyana said: “O auspicious lady, look—your revered elder, like a father-in-law to you: the ancient seer of unfathomable nature, unconquered by anyone, the venerable Madhusūdana, is coming near you.”

The verse highlights dhārmic etiquette and moral perception: one should recognize and honor spiritually eminent elders—especially the divine guide—approaching with benevolent intent. The epithets ‘acintya’ and ‘aparājita’ stress trust in higher wisdom and steadfast righteousness.
Vaiśampāyana narrates that Madhusūdana (Kṛṣṇa), described as an ancient, unconquerable, inconceivable sage-like figure and worthy of father-in-law-like reverence, is approaching the addressed woman, signaling an imminent encounter of counsel, blessing, or significant instruction.
