वैशम्पायन उवाच
The verse highlights yathā-nyāya (propriety) as a facet of dharma: those in authority should uphold respectful reception and due honor toward arrivals/guests, maintaining ethical order through correct conduct.
Upon learning of the visitors’ arrival, Dhṛtarāṣṭra and Vidura rise, go forward, and welcome them formally, performing the customary acts of reception and honor.
