राजोवाच षष्ठे काले ममाहारो विहितो द्विजसत्तम । न शक््यस्त्वं समुत्स्रष्ठं क्षुधितेन मयाद्य वै
Translation
The king said: “O best of Brahmins, the sixth part of the day is appointed for my meal; this is that very time. Hunger afflicts me, and therefore today you cannot escape from my hands.”
