Shloka 14

प्रजापतिरिदं सर्व मनसैवासृजत्‌ प्रभु: । तथैव देवानूषयस्तपसा प्रतिपेदिरे,शक्तिसम्पन्न प्रजापतिने अपने मनके ही द्वारा सम्पूर्ण जगत्‌की सृष्टि की है तथा ऋषि भी तपस्यासे ही देवत्वको प्राप्त हुए हैं

vāyudeva uvāca | prajāpatiḥ idaṃ sarvaṃ manasaivāsṛjat prabhuḥ | tathaiva devān ṛṣayas tapasa pratipedire śakti-sampannāḥ ||

Vāyudeva said: “The Lord Prajāpati brought forth this entire universe by mind alone. In the same way, the seers—endowed with spiritual power—attained the state of the gods through austerity (tapas). Therefore, inner discipline and concentrated will are the true means of creation and elevation.”
