अण्डजा जन्तवश्वैव सर्वे चापि चतुष्पदा: । उन्मत्ता बधिरा मूका ये चान्ये पापरोगिण:
aṇḍajā jantavaś caiva sarve cāpi catuṣpadāḥ | unmattā badhirā mūkā ye cānye pāparogiṇaḥ ||
Vāyu said: “All creatures born from eggs, and indeed all four-footed beings as well—those who are mad, deaf, mute, and others afflicted with grievous diseases.”
