नाभाग उवाच अनृतं भाषतु सदा सद्भिश्वैव विरुध्यतु । शुल्केन तु ददत्कन्यां यस्ते हरति पुष्करम्‌,नाभाग बोले--जिसने आपके कमल चुराये हों, उसे सदा झूठ बोलनेका, संतोंके साथ विरोध करनेका और कीमत लेकर कन्या बेचनेका पाप लगे

Transliteration

Nābhāga uvāca: anṛtaṁ bhāṣatu sadā sadbhiś caiva virudhyatu | śulkena tu dadat kanyāṁ yas te harati puṣkaram ||

Translation

Nābhāga said: “May the one who has stolen your lotus be condemned to speak falsehood always, to remain in conflict with the virtuous, and to incur the sin of giving away a maiden for a price—as though selling her.”
