नक्षत्रेषु श्राद्धफलविधानम् (Śrāddha Outcomes According to Nakṣatras)
वर्धमानं तु त॑ दृष्टवा प्रार्थथामास तारक: । उपायैर्बहुभि्न्तुं नाशकच्चापि तं विभुम्
vardhamānaṃ tu taṃ dṛṣṭvā prārthayāmāsa tārakaḥ | upāyair bahubhir hantuṃ nāśakac cāpi taṃ vibhum ||
Bhishma said: “Seeing that mighty one steadily growing in power, Tāraka challenged him to battle. Yet, even after employing many stratagems, he could not succeed in killing that illustrious, powerful youth.”
