शप्तानां नो महादेव्या नान्यदस्ति परायणम् | अन्यत्र भवतो वीर्य तस्मात् त्रायस्व नः प्रभो
Translation
Bhīṣma said: “O Lord! The great goddess Pārvatī has cursed us with childlessness; therefore, apart from your strength and valor, there is no other refuge left for us. Hence, protect us, O Lord.”
