इति श्रीमहाभारते अनुशासनपर्वणि दानधर्मपर्वणि ब्राह्मणप्रशंसायामिन्द्रशम्बरसंवादे षट्त्रिंशो5ध्याय:

Transliteration

iti śrīmahābhārate anuśāsanaparvaṇi dānadharmaparvaṇi brāhmaṇapraśaṃsāyām indraśambarasaṃvāde ṣaṭtriṃśo 'dhyāyaḥ

Translation

Thus, in the sacred Śrī Mahābhārata, within the Anuśāsana Parva—specifically in the section on the dharma of giving—during the praise of the Brāhmaṇa, in the dialogue between Indra and Śambara, ends the thirty-sixth chapter. This colophon signals the passage’s ethical frame: generosity guided by dharma and the exaltation of brāhmaṇical virtues, set forth through an instructive divine dialogue.
