वाय्वीरिताभि: सुमनोहराभि- द्रुताभिरत्यर्थसमुत्थिताभि: । गड़ोर्मिभिर्भानुमतीभिरिद्धा: सहस्नरश्मिप्रतिमा भवन्ति,वायुसे प्रेरित हो बड़े वेगसे अत्यन्त ऊँचे उठनेवाली गंगाजीकी परम मनोहर एवं कान्तिमयी तरंगमालाओंसे नहाकर प्रकाशित होनेवाले पुरुष परलोकमें सूर्यके समान तेजस्वी होते हैं
vāyvīritābhiḥ sumanoharābhiḥ drutābhir atyarthasamudgatābhiḥ | gaṅgormi-bhir bhānumatībhir iddhāḥ sahasraraśmi-pratimā bhavanti ||
Those who are bathed and illumined by the exceedingly delightful, swiftly rising, radiant waves of the Gaṅgā—driven upward by the wind—become in the next world resplendent like the sun with a thousand rays.
सिद्ध उवाच
Contact with the sacred Gaṅgā—here depicted as radiant, wind-driven, uplifting waves—purifies and bestows great merit, leading to a luminous, elevated state in the afterlife, comparable to the sun’s brilliance.
A Siddha describes the spiritual result of being bathed/illumined by the Gaṅgā’s beautiful, swiftly surging waves: such persons attain a radiant splendor in the next world, likened to the thousand-rayed sun.
