अहिंसयित्वा ब्रह्महत्याविधानम् / Brahmahatyā incurred without physical violence

ब्राह्मणांश्वैव मन्येत गुरूंश्वाप्पभिपूजयेत् । सर्वभूतानुलोमश्न मृदुशील: प्रियंवद:,ब्राह्मणोंका सम्मान करे। गुरुजनोंकी सेवा-पूजामें संलग्न रहे। सब प्राणियोंके अनुकूल रहे। नम्रताका बर्ताव करे और सबसे मीठे वचन बोले
Transliteration
brāhmaṇāṁś caiva manyeta gurūṁś cāpy abhipūjayet | sarvabhūtānulomaś ca mṛduśīlaḥ priyaṁvadaḥ ||
Translation
Bhishma said: One should hold Brahmins in reverence and duly honor one’s elders and teachers. One should live in harmony with all beings, be gentle in conduct, and speak words that are pleasing—thus embodying the ethical discipline praised as righteous behavior.
