भवता समनुज्ञात: प्रास्थितो गन्धमादनम् । तस्य चोत्तरतो देशे दृष्टं मे दैवतं महत्
bhavatā samanujñātaḥ prāsthito gandhamādanam | tasya cottarato deśe dṛṣṭaṃ me daivataṃ mahat ||
Bhishma said: “With your permission, I set out for Gandhamādana. And in the region to the north of it, I beheld a great divine being.”
भीष्म उवाच
