Educational Q&A

The verse highlights dharmic discipline: one begins the day with purification (bathing) and reverent worship (kindling and praising Agni) before proceeding to other actions, implying that inner and outer order supports ethical living.

After the night ends, a brahmin rises at dawn, bathes, kindles the sacred fire, and praises Agni with principal Vedic praises—marking the start of his day through prescribed ritual observance.
