देवासुरगणाध्यक्षो देवासुरगणाग्रणी: । देवातिदेवो देवर्षिदेवासुरवरप्रद:,९४२ देवासुरगणाध्यक्ष:--देवताओें तथा असुरगणोंके अध्यक्ष, ९४३ देवासुरगणाग्रणी:--देवताओं तथा असुरोंके अगुआ, ९४४ देवातिदेव:--देवताओंसे बढ़कर महादेव, ९४५ देवर्षि:--नारदस्वरूप, ९४६ देवासुरवरप्रद:--देवताओं और असुरोंको भी वरदान देनेवाले

Transliteration

devāsuragaṇādhyakṣo devāsuragaṇāgraṇīḥ | devātidēvo devarṣir devāsuravarapradaḥ ||

Translation

Vāyu said: He is the presiding lord over the hosts of gods and asuras, the foremost leader among them; the God beyond the gods, a divine seer in his own right, and the giver of boons even to gods and asuras.
