Transliteration

devadundubhinādaś ca puṣpavarṣaḥ sahābhavat

Translation

Vaiśampāyana said: At that moment the sound of celestial kettledrums resounded, and a shower of flowers fell as well—an auspicious sign of divine approval and the sanctity of the rite.
