Transliteration

saṃniruddhas tu tenātmā sarveṣv āyataneṣu ca

Translation

Vaiśampāyana said: With the self restrained by that discipline, and with control maintained in all the bodily seats of activity, one becomes inwardly governed—fit for steady conduct and ethical clarity.
