सहस्रबाहु: सर्वाज्गज: शरण्य: सर्वलोककृत्‌ । पवित्र त्रिककुन्मन्त्र: कनिष्ठ: कृष्णपिज्रल:,८४३ सहस्रबाहु:--सहस्रों भुजाओंवाले, ८४४ सर्वाज्भः--समस्त अंगोंसे सम्पन्न, ८४५ शरण्य:--शरण लेनेके योग्य, ८४६ सर्वलोककृत्‌--सम्पूर्ण लोकोंके उत्पन्न करनेवाले, ८४७ पवित्रम--परम पावन, ८४८ त्रिककुन्मन्त्र:--त्रिपदा गायत्रीरूप, ८४९ कनिष्ठ:--अदितिके पुत्रोंमें छोटे, वामनरूपधारी विष्णु, ८५० कृष्णपिड्गल:-श्याम-गौर हरि-हर-मूर्ति

sahasrabāhuḥ sarvāṅgajaḥ śaraṇyaḥ sarvalokakṛt | pavitraḥ trikakunmantraḥ kaniṣṭhaḥ kṛṣṇapiṅgalaḥ ||

Vāyu-deva said: “He is the Thousand-armed One, complete in every limb, worthy to be taken as refuge, and the creator of all worlds. He is the supremely purifying One, the mantra of the three-footed Gāyatrī, the youngest among Aditi’s sons—Vişṇu in the Vāmana form—and the dark-and-tawny Lord, bearing the blended aspect of Hari and Hara.”
