ईदृश: स महादेवो भूयश्वष भगवानत: । न हि शक्‍्या गुणा वक्तुमपि वर्षशतैरपि,भगवान्‌ महादेव ऐसे प्रभावशाली हैं, बल्कि इससे भी बढ़कर हैं। सैकड़ों वर्षोमें भी उनके गुणोंका वर्णन नहीं किया जा सकता

īdṛśaḥ sa mahādevo bhūyaś ca bhagavān ataḥ | na hi śakyā guṇā vaktum api varṣaśatair api ||

Vāyu said: “Such indeed is that Mahādeva; rather, he is even greater than this. His excellences cannot be fully spoken of—even if one were to try for hundreds of years.”
