भीष्म उवाच इत्युक्त: स तदा तूष्णीमभूद् वायुस्ततो<ब्रवीत् । शृणु राजन् वसिष्ठस्य मुख्यं कर्म यशस्विन:,भीष्मजीने कहा--युधिष्ठिर! उनके ऐसा कहनेपर भी कार्तवीर्य अर्जुन चुप ही रहा। तब वायु देवता फिर बोले--'राजन्! अब यशस्वी ब्राह्मण वसिष्ठ मुनिका श्रेष्ठ कर्म सुनो
Translation
Bhīṣma said: When this was said, he fell silent. Then Vāyu, the god of wind, spoke again: “O king, now hear of the foremost deed of the illustrious Brahmin sage Vasiṣṭha.”
