Shloka 21
मुनयश्वैव सिद्धाश्च॒ तपोमोक्षपरायणा: । शुचिस्मिता: कीर्तयतां प्रयच्छन्ति शुभं नृूणाम्
munayaś caiva siddhāś ca tapo-mokṣa-parāyaṇāḥ | śuci-smitāḥ kīrtayatāṃ prayacchanti śubhaṃ nṝṇām ||
Bhishma said: “Sages and perfected beings—those devoted to austerity and liberation—pure and gently smiling, bestow auspicious good upon people who recite and celebrate their names.”
