Nārada said: “O Kṛṣṇa, we shall proceed to accomplish our purpose. O Śrī Kṛṣṇa, now grant us leave to depart, so that we may carry out our task. May you attain the highest clarity of understanding and strength.”
नारद उवाच
The verse models dharmic conduct in speech: one seeks permission before departing, prioritizes completing one’s assigned duty, and offers a benediction for the other’s wisdom (buddhi) and well-being/strength (puṣṭi).
Nārada addresses Śrī Kṛṣṇa, stating that they will go to accomplish their purpose and requesting leave to depart, while also blessing Kṛṣṇa with excellent discernment and strength.
