Īśvara said: “From Antardhāman will be born the blameless Prajāpati named Havirdhāman. And from Havirdhāman will arise his great son, King Prācīnabarhis.” The passage situates a sacred genealogy, presenting exemplary rulers and progenitors as ‘blameless’—a moral framing that links rightful lineage with dharmic conduct and the continuity of ritual order.
ईश्वर उवाच
The verse underscores dharmic continuity through a revered lineage: progenitors and kings are described as 'blameless,' implying that moral excellence and ritual order are integral to legitimate succession and social stability.
Īśvara is recounting a genealogical sequence: Antardhāman begets the Prajāpati Havirdhāman, and Havirdhāman in turn begets the eminent king Prācīnabarhis.
