कल्मषापहर-कीर्तनम् / Kīrtana for the Removal of Impurity
एष देवि मया सर्व: संशयच्छेदनाय ते । कुशलाकुशलो नृणां व्याख्यातो धर्मसागर:
eṣā devi mayā sarvaḥ saṁśayacchedanāya te | kuśalākuśalo nṛṇāṁ vyākhyāto dharmasāgaraḥ ||
O Goddess, in order to cut through your doubts, I have explained to you in full the ocean of dharma—how human conduct becomes wholesome or unwholesome, and what leads toward rightness or wrong.
श्रीमहेश्वर उवाच
Śiva concludes that he has fully expounded the vast ‘ocean of dharma’ by distinguishing wholesome (kuśala) and unwholesome (akuśala) human conduct, with the explicit aim of removing Devī’s doubts.
Maheśvara addresses Devī at the close of an instruction, summarizing that his discourse has clarified ethical discernment and resolved the questions she raised.
