कल्मषापहर-कीर्तनम् / Kīrtana for the Removal of Impurity

उदात्तकुलजातीय उदात्ताभिजन: सदा । एष धर्मों मया प्रोक्तो विधात्रा स्वयमीरित:,धर्मात्मा मनुष्य सर्वदा उत्तम कुल, उत्तम जाति और उत्तम स्थानमें जन्म धारण करता है। यह साक्षात्‌ ब्रह्माजीके बताये हुए धर्मका मैंने वर्णन किया है

Transliteration

udāttakulajātīya udāttābhijanaḥ sadā | eṣa dharmo mayā prokto vidhātrā svayam īritaḥ ||

Translation

Mahādeva said: “One who is righteous is ever born into an exalted family and lineage, among the noble and well-regarded. This is the dharma I have declared—first proclaimed by the Creator himself.”
