तत्रासौ विपुलैभोंगै: सर्वरत्नसमायुतः । यथार्हदाता चार्हेषु धर्मचर्यापरो भवेत्,उस जन्ममें वह महान् भोगों और सम्पूर्ण रत्नोंसे सम्पन्न हो सुयोग्य ब्राह्मणोंको यथायोग्य दान देता और धर्मानुष्ठानमें तत्पर रहता है
tatrāsau vipulaibhoṅgaiḥ sarvaratnasamāyutaḥ | yathārhadātā cārheṣu dharmacaryāparo bhavet ||
There, in that birth, he becomes endowed with abundant enjoyments and adorned with every kind of precious gem. He gives fitting gifts to worthy Brahmins according to their due, and remains devoted to the practice and observance of dharma.
श्रीमहेश्वर उवाच
Prosperity is presented as a fruit of merit, but it is ethically framed: one who gains wealth and pleasures should use them in accordance with dharma—especially by giving appropriate gifts to worthy recipients and maintaining disciplined righteous conduct.
Maheśvara describes the outcome in a subsequent birth: the person becomes richly endowed with enjoyments and jewels, and his life is characterized by proper generosity toward the deserving and steadfast commitment to dharmic observance.
