Discerning Dharma in Accord with Time

नाधर्मेण न धर्मेण बध्यन्ते छिन्नसंशया: । प्रलयोत्पत्तितत्त्वज्ञा: सर्वज्ञा: सर्वदर्शिन:
Translation
Those whose doubts have been cut away, who know the truth of dissolution and arising, who are all-knowing and all-seeing—such great souls are bound neither by dharma nor by adharma.
