Adhyāya 142: Cyavana, the Devas’ Arrogance, and Vāyu’s Counsel on Protecting Brāhmaṇas

यत्र ते नृपशार्दूल संदेहो वै भविष्यति । श्वः प्रभाते हि वक्ष्यामि संध्या हि समुपस्थिता,नृपश्रेष्ठी अब तुम्हें जिस विषयमें संदेह होगा, उसे मैं कल सबेरे बताऊँगा; क्योंकि इस समय संध्याकाल उपस्थित है

yatra te nṛpaśārdūla saṁdeho vai bhaviṣyati | śvaḥ prabhāte hi vakṣyāmi sandhyā hi samupasthitā ||

Bhīṣma said: “O tiger among kings, whatever point leaves you in doubt, I shall explain it to you tomorrow at dawn; for evening twilight has now arrived.”
