उपमन्युरुवाच सदसद् व्यक्तमव्यक्तं यमाहुर्ब्रह्मवादिन: । नित्यमेकमनेकं च वरं तस्माद् वृणीमहे
Translation
Upamanyu said: “O king of the gods! The sages who speak of Brahman, according to differing doctrines, call him being and non-being, manifest and unmanifest, eternal, one and also many; therefore, it is from that very Mahādeva that we shall choose to seek a boon.”
