ऐन्द्रीं संध्यामुपासित्वा आदित्याभिमुख: स्थित: । सर्वतीर्थेषु स स्नातो मुच्यते सर्वकिल्बिषै:
aindrīṁ sandhyām upāsitvā ādityābhimukhaḥ sthitaḥ | sarvatīrtheṣu sa snāto mucyate sarvakilbiṣaiḥ ||
Bhishma said: “One who performs the Indra-related morning twilight worship and stands facing the Sun gains the merit of bathing at all sacred fords, and is freed from every stain of sin.”
