Praise of Ācāra as the Basis of Longevity, Fame, and Prosperity

प्रदक्षिणं च कुर्वीत परिज्ञातान्‌ वनस्पतीन्‌

pradakṣiṇaṃ ca kurvīta parijñātān vanaspatīn

Bhīṣma said: One should also perform pradakṣiṇā—reverent circumambulation—around trees that are well known and rightly understood, treating such familiar plants as worthy of respect and mindful attention.
