Nahūṣa Episode and the Commendation of Lamp-Gifting and Household Offerings

यावदक्षिनिमेषाणि ज्वलन्ते तावती: समा: । रूपवान् बलवांश्वापि नरो भवति दीपद:
Translation
For as many moments as the lamp burns—until the blink of the eyes—so many years does the giver of the lamp become handsome and strong.
