नकुलस्तु चैद्यां करेणुमतीं नाम भार्यामुदावहत्‌ । तस्यां पुत्र निरमित्रं नामाजनयत्‌,नकुलने चेदिनरेशकी पुत्री करेणुमतीको पत्नीरूपमें प्राप्त किया और उसके गर्भसे निरमित्र नामक पुत्रको जन्म दिया

nakulas tu caidyāṁ kareṇumatīṁ nāma bhāryām udāvahat | tasyāṁ putraṁ niramitraṁ nāma ajījanat |

Vaiśampāyana said: Nakula married a Cedi princess named Kareṇumatī. From her he begot a son named Niramitra.
