इति श्रीमहाभारते आदिपर्वणि जतुगृहपर्वणि गड्जोत्तरणे अष्टचत्वारिंशदधिकशततमो< ध्याय:

Transliteration

iti śrīmahābhārate ādiparvaṇi jatugṛhapārvaṇi gaḍjottaraṇe aṣṭacatvāriṃśad-adhikaśatatamo 'dhyāyaḥ

Translation

Thus ends the one-hundred-and-forty-eighth chapter of the Ādi Parva of the Śrī Mahābhārata, within the section on the lac-house episode, in the sub-episode concerning the crossing of the Gaṅgā (gaṅgottaraṇa).
