Educational Q&A

A wise person must warn the righteous leader about hidden deceit; truth-aligned counsel (satya-dharma) is a duty, especially when threats are masked by polite appearances.

After the citizens disperse, Vidura privately addresses Yudhiṣṭhira, preparing him to recognize Duryodhana’s covert schemes and setting up the ensuing counsel.
