Whatever in this world is seen—be it living beings or the moving and unmoving creation—at the end of an age it is all gathered back again, dissolving into its causal source when cosmic dissolution arrives.
All manifested existence—moving and unmoving—is impermanent and periodically withdraws at the end of cosmic cycles; what appears as the world ultimately returns to its causal ground.
The text states a general cosmological principle: at the end of a yuga, the visible universe is ‘contracted’ and dissolves in pralaya, emphasizing the cyclical nature of creation and dissolution.
