लिङ्गार्चनपूर्वकं स्नानाचमनविधिः

सर्वेषां ब्राह्मणानां तु हितार्थे द्विजसत्तमाः

Transliteration

sarveṣāṃ brāhmaṇānāṃ tu hitārthe dvijasattamāḥ

Translation

For the welfare of all the brāhmaṇas, the best among the twice-born acted with beneficent intent—upholding dharma that supports Śiva’s order in the world.
